Life ! Everything hinges on a lie, A feathery fascination Of leaky souls and dwindling - personalities. Hence, 'Act in your life As if you are going to live forever, And live your life As if you are going to die tomorrow'.

Nothing is constant, all seeming, All time-bound trivialities. I accept the receding seasons — As day wheels the night, And night wheels the day.

Life, a criss-cross crisis Amidst dwindling destinies Delirious dreams And diabolic disillusions.

Oh God ! Give me a moment of love For a handful of gold And give me an eye That can see others hearts In barter of gold.

In the trance of existential tumult Lets enjoy the lilting present Dancing to the titillating tunes of today Living and realizing life to the brim, And forgetting the forlorn hopes Of jigsaw puzzle life.

Religion ! The very word is nauseating With the stink Of human hatred and barbarism Then, where is God's benevolence ? But the question is 'Whose God' ?

Remember, life is a conglomeration Of farewells and reunions, Hopes and fulfillments, Peace and despair, tears and laughter.

Try to wakeup, at every new dawn Like a fresh dew drenched petal, Live life for the day, and leave the rest to oblivion, Longing for a new day and a new experience.
